To ensure first-class hygiene and safety during these unusual times, all common areas are equipped with hand-disinfection dispensers for regular use of all guests and staff. Our staff working in close contact with guests, such as at the reception or in service, wear FFP2-face masks for the safety of all.
For added safety, the following steps have been included in our daily cleaning routine:
- disinfection of commonly touched surfaces (handrails, door handles, lightswitches, elevator buttons, etc.) in common areas and during room cleaning service
- regular airing out of all common areas
