Rates are in EURO per night and person
Local tax: Prices include local tax of EUR 1.65 per person / day
Payment: By bank transfer; ATM card; Credit card
Children: Under 3 years free | 3-10 years EUR 17,- per day | as from 10 years: standard rates
Arrival and departure: Arrival time flexible | Departure by 10:00 am
Pets: not allowed
Baby equipment: travel cot upon request (under 3 years) EUR 13,-
Parking: Free public parking spaces are available in front of the house
Smoking: Our house is a non-smoking house. However, you are welcome to enjoy a cigarette in the inner courtyard, on the terrace or on the top floor.
Key card: Please check out with the key card at the check-in/out machine upon departure.
E-Cars: There is a charging station for e-cars at the "Hauptplatz" in the center of Völkermarkt (150 m).
Bakery service:
We serve breakfast daily from 6:00 am (weekends from 7:00 am) at our local bakery „Bäckerei – Cafe Treff“. If your booking includes breakfast, please show the booking confirmation with your name at the bakery: 400m, Griffner Straße 16a, 9100 Völkermarkt. Rates for adults EUR 15 | Children from 6-10 years EUR 8 | Under 6 years free

Travel insurance:
Things don't always go according to plan: You cannot take your intended holiday – or you need to cut your holiday short. This can incur annoying cancellation costs. We therefore recommend that you take out travel insurance.

Cancellation:

In accordance with Section 5.5 of the general terms and conditions for the Austrian hotel industry (AGBH), the accommodation agreement can be canceled free of charge at the latest up to three months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest by either contractual party through a unilateral declaration. After the deadline as defined in Section 5.5, cancellation through a unilateral declaration is subject to the following cancellation fees:

3 months up to 1 month prior to arrival: 40% of the total agreed price
1 month up to 1 week prior to arrival: 70% of the total agreed price
Within the last week: 90% of the total agreed price
For an early departure or late arrival, we are obliged to charge you 100% of the total agreed price
